I feel that after Warner Music Australia purchased Kylie's original Australian record label (Festival Mushroom Records), her chart fortunes dipped sharply. It's as though they just weren't committed enough.

Your presumption that higher budget means HD on YT , or if the video was more successful it will get HD is completely wrong. For example All The Lovers is a bigger hit than Get Outta My Way... It's about when a vid was uploaded on the platform. Basically all Kylie videos exist in HD. But older videos were uploaded 15 years ago when it was not a common practice to put them in HD on YT. The videos from X also are available on DVDs and digital downloads at the time. Her 90s and early 00s videos are also available in HD on other different DVDs and digital platform downloads. They even upscaled to 4K and put online The Loco-motion, What Do I Have To Do, Better The Devil You Know and Breathe vids, although the master recordings of them do exist but they were lazy and decided to go with the easier way and just upscale the official HD DVD versions. But as a conclusion all her vids especially those after 2000 exist in perfect quality but they are not too fussed to update the existing ones on her official channel. The managing on her official media platforms is really lazy. That's why most of her videos are low quality :) I have ALL her videos from the first till the latest one in at least HD and great quality on my PC :)
