How do you manage transactions fees and other fees that are not supposed to be part of the actual amount you want to charge

First you have to clearly state it for your customers then if it’s a percentage - as usual - of the amount the customer wants to pay. You calculate it separately and then add it to the total to be deducted from the customers account as the final amount. Don’t forget to add VAT also where applicable
