This song is very healing especially when we’ve prayed for years and not seen a breakthrough. We must “cast all our cares on Him because He cares for us.”
My husband had a brain tumor as well. Praise be to God and all the threads he strung together that had us in the right place with the right Surgeons, it required two, plus God made the entire thing, from 1st doctor appt. where something was suspected to the surgery to the the folliw ups, Free of cost! My husband came out in such a goid way they told us we were "lucky",
1 in 30,000 come out as he has, we told them, no we were Blessed!

i was feeling down in me. Everything in my life wasnt how i wanted it to be. I had been betrayed, getting average grades even if i studied and a messy mind. I prayed to God but i thought he didnt answer. I felt very lonely. Today i had the urge in me to search up this song and the lyrics just made sense to me. Tears formed in my eyes and I knew God answered me. Anyone whos reading this, dont give up, continue trusting in God and He will make a way

66 year old man here. The words and lyrics of this song are quite true, for I have personally walked the road that these lyrics describe. ALL of the lyrics in this song describe my walk later in my life from 1999 on, and as a result, I was drawn to Christ in 2013. Everything I went through eventually led me to Jesus and now, on the other side, I wouldn't change anything. What I went through was REALLY bad, but I can now see that God used all of it to lead me to embrace and give both myself and my life to Him. I still have troubles in life, but I now have a personal Friend who daily walks with me and I wouldn't give up that or Him for anything this world can offer.

I'm literally crying, I've survived five brain surgeries, I was in the ICU on a breathing tube for three weeks after. I wasn't expected to live. God had other plans. I had to learn how to eat again and hold a spoon. I don't understand why I went through my suffering but I really did literally feel I was in a dewy valley of sorts. I couldn't see god but I felt he was there.
I've had so much suffering but I know he's with me !

My oldest daughter Laura was diagnosed with brain tumors and cancer. She recently just passed away 1/11/2024 we will lay her to rest Thursday January 25, 2024 this song will be perfect for this occasion as we celebrate her life!
For me my blessing in disguise is where I am now.
In the past I used to look for a better job to pursue career growth, a financial breakthrough.
Many tears hit the the ground, failed job application one after the another even though I'm trying my best to ace the spot but God is good and He always is because after 6 years of praying I am in the company that I can say gives me a higher fortune and a career growth that I've always wanted and what makes me who I am now ?
Its my past that helps me to be firm and helps me to be stronger in life.
Its my past that makes me bold and be courageous at times that the world turn their back on you.
Its my past that I will be forever greatful to have because God used my past to make life be meaningful and worth to be shared with you.

If we are happy, there are times we forget God, His presence. But God gives us struggles to be keep in touch with Him. That no matter what we have right now, happy or sad, we must acknowledge His work and power. We can't do anything without His control. We should submit everything to Him. I have been disabled my entire life. Never walked a single step. This world is not my home. My home does not contain this wheelchair. I am anxious and impatient for it to come. Maybe trials of this life will lead to more appreciative happiness in the next.

The biggest blessing came thru for me as my son was leaving this earth because of lymphatic cancer at 23 yrs of age in 2003 I said why God?? he is my son and the lord said No he was never yours to begin with I created him for my purpose not yours he was a gift to you from me you would not come to me because of my son that died for you so I'm taking mine back that I made for you because that's what it took to bring you back to me! and so my blessings came from tears that faithfull daye 12th 2003 at 300pm in November at mda in houston texas and ive been serving the lord ever since with lots of joy sorrow ups downs laughter and tears wow how he changes us y'all be blessed thru all this USA mess!!!

the first time i sing this song, the lyrics actually resemble my journey of healing , my faith and knowing Jesus more.
i was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer in 2021. went thru hard times, treatment, ups and downs with Jesus by my side. Now, my miracle healing and my second life is getting intimacy with Jesus to the next level. All the pain, sleepless nite that i went thru....really showed Jesus mercy in my life, for He is with us in the valley and walk with us in our pain.

When my depression was at its worst and from when I woke up to when I went to sleep I was crying I had no happy endorphins running through my brain I was so sad and cried all the time.
