I really hope Shigeno blends the two stories by introducing old keisuke and old takumi etc etc. I mean you may as well. MF ghost is a funny storyline. Self driving race cars. I wouldn't want to watch that. Racing to me is pitting humans against each other in the ultimate game of chess. The feeling and raw emotions of not wanting to lose is the best... Sure computer controlled cars would know the "theoretical" best line, but something has to be said for the human fighting spirit of being fast no matter what line you find yourself on. Kinda like Joshima Toshiya.

I think they model the cars after reference pictures rather than laser scanning, which is obviously very expensive to do.
