He was surrounded by everything Linlang, even the token ❤ something he probably realised as he watched it hung chiming in the wind with the chimes. As for having people around him, all of them are busy with their own things. Luo Mingxi only focused on Anle and her mission, but she doesn't necessarily see him as an essential part of herself. He is lonely from the moment Linlang died. Such is life. People can't depend on other people unless they truly are invested in you.❤
He was alone since the Di tragedy, All his friends were gone Anle was in exile for 10 yrs , Anning went to NW as general, Against the Crown prince he was scheming, Only Laning was there , once she was gone reality struck.
Luo Mingxi REALLY rocked in this drama. He's the behind the scenes guy who plans everything for her, and her Di family, without ever asking for anything in return. He has a beautiful assistant/assassin who he never once moved his heart for. What dedication. It was refreshing to see him here after how he ended in 'Heroes', but I guess he just has to die in every drama. One thing I wish there were more of are Anle fighting scenes. It started off with a bang, but then she didn't fight much again after that. It also got a bit boring the second half. However, overall, still enjoyable. Drama grade: 8.5/10
I am of the same opinion. Mingxi did not expect from Ziyuan any romantic feelings, only very deep down he hoped it would be possible. Ziyuan never guessed he was totally in love with her and she also let everyone know she liked HanYe. It was a loosing battle for Mingxi. As for Linlang, I guess he thought he made it clear that he was not available to anyone except Ziyuan. But her death let him know her love for him and how much he missed her. As in Heroes, his character Bai dies a horrible death. Here he plays another obsessive role but this time he is not doomed by a deadly disease but by wrong decisions due to his out of control obsesion to be recognized for his deeds. Mingxi was a confident person and did not force his wishes on none, but Bai was badly mistreated in his youth and his confidence was low therefore he chose to get his results by force. A very immature character as opposed to Mingxi which was a very mature person. Bai is a tragic character he could not overcome his desires and obsession to gain fame. So so sad and tragic. Yuning is so good in second male leads, he should stay there to develop his acting skills which are quite good. Second male of female leads have the best roles because of the human challenges they are exposed to.
I cried all the way through this part. I really felt sorry for Luo Mingxi. I felt his pain and suffering because of Anle even through the screen. He didn't deserve to die alone. He was my favorite in this drama and of course Anle. They are great and talented actors, Luo Mingxi is very handsome and Anle is beautiful! I loved this drama , enjoyed every minutes of it! Can you imagine that there is not a single scene of lip kissing in this drama but you can still have that intense feeling of romantic love from the different couples. This drama is so good y’all. A beautiful end to a beautiful drama. Rest in Peace, Princess Anning, Linlang and Offical Luo. You all gave your life to your work and to your families. The right ending was accomplished. Great acting portrayed by the cast, all the main leads understood the assignment. I remember after the last episode of Long Ballad, I was anxious about Dilraba's next costume drama and I found the BTS of Legend of Anhle and when I read the background on My Drama List, I said this was gonna be great. I could just feel it. So said, so done. Simon Gong was so pure in his role. To see Dilraba (Ziyuan/Anhle), Luo Minxi and the Empress Dowager reunite from Long Ballad in this CDrama, Legend of Anhle, was so comforting because they really were phenomenal in that Drama. Big shoutout to Leo Wu. It would be awesome to see Leo, Dilraba, Lusi, Allen and Luo reunite in another costume drama ❤

@Crimsonblushag so true. Luo Minxi saved Dilraba so many times. He truly loved her and was to marry her, according to her father. But he held that info back and just portrayed himself as an older brother instead because he knew that deep down, Ziyuan loved Han Ye more and at the same time, he saved Han Ye's eyesight so that he could marry Ziyuan and live happy together. Luo Minxi did all of that for her. Linlang did all she could for Minxi. Love is so powerful when you take your selfish actions out of the way and do things selflessly for the people you love and admire. That's a lot of knowledge from this drama. It teaches you humility, kindness, and compassion.

Crown Prince Han Ye brings joy to those around him and Emperor Han Ye brings peace to his citizens, so much so that even the weather makes the hard to grow flowers of longing bloom. The fact that he planted all of them by hand is pretty awesome, he deserves all the bragging rights. Kudos to Gong Jun as well, I really enjoyed his take on the character throughout the whole drama.
Finally Luo Mingxi realized that he really fallen for linlang.... it's really an happy ending of this drama... everyone got their real love.. except for Luo 😢😢😢 but I'm really glad to see this drama and trust me everyone of this drama acted like incredible.... I'm going to miss 😔😔

I personally miss every character from every drama I watch when is over, I can't part with them. It's a good ending for some personages, yet a tragic one for others who deserved better. I can't believe its over! I know i will be feeling sad for the next few days to come, because you develop such a bond with the characters. Simon Gong Jun is the most handsome actor ever!😍😍😍😍🥰🥰🥰 and they as a couple have so much chemistry......This is the most amazing drama i've watched, every episode was so interesting and the plot was amazing, yes it would have been great to see a kiss, but even then i prefer it without...the acting was superb!!! I love Dilraba and Gong Jun❤ Although, I feel so sad for Mingxi and Linlang, wish we could have seen their happy ending together, and Anning's end was REALLLLLLY sad! I loved her character, her end was so tragic....It has definitely felt like an emotional rollercoaster, each episode is heart felt. I love that the ending is not rushed. I've just finished watching the whole series.😊 And I love each characters,good or bad guy. Just that characters like Lou Mingxi and Linlang hurt so much. They played their roles which is really out of this world So unselfish,so caring and pure. That's heavenly character. Dilraba is my fave,so I wouldn't dare give her too much compliments. No matter what role she played,she's my only one Dilraba. Congratulations to all starcasts,crew members and the whole team of The Legend of Anle. ❤❤❤ .

It's alright for Luo Mingxi and Linlang, and Anninng too. ❤it's sad they had to move on, but in this life they loved truly, purely and honestly to themselves. I enjoyed watching this. It got boring somewhere in the middle but picked up again till the end. Costumes were so on point, the sceneries were quite captivated and breathtaking, story line is so on point. Good acting overall. Wonderful characters you will not forget in an instant. Princess Anning’s exit was so heroic.

As sad as it may be that Luo Mingxi could never return the love Linlang had for him, he eventually appreciates her for her love and dedication towards him. Yet he never betrays his true love to the end and is true to himself just like Linlang was to herself. Theirs is such pure and true love. Hopefully in another lifetime, their fates will be happier through and through. Somehow, to me, within all the activities, the emotions and feelings of Luo Mingxi and Linlang struck out much more ❤
Agree 100% the chemistry was sadly lacking between Dilraba and Simon Gong ..wished they had chosen another actor to play the part..they were not believable at all ..in my opinion..Dilraba is a great actress but he just didn't have it to be her leading man🤷

The character Han Ye is cold and detached. He is supposed to be more or less depressed and specially concerned about the country's continuity, people's wellbeing etc. And he is also supposed to be utterly loyal to his family. (As I understood) I guess because of these things, he isn't showing his personal feelings, maybe? Not expected to show? But could've done more with body language. Simon was just too beautiful for the character I think 🤭 I like the drama in itself. Could've done with a bit more chemistry on the part of main leads As for choosing a different actor - would stiff faced Yang Yang have done the trick??? (He is super good at controlling that striking, knock me off my feet - smiles of his)

I just don't think romance is the focus of their relationship. (Similar to what it was in TLB between Ashley Sun and Change) It's a love restrained by many other feelings - guilt, doubt, righteousness etc.

But they played their characters really well, their chemistry could have been better if there were kissing scenes 🤷♀

As for Linlang she'd be sad and lonely without Luo Mingxi, and he was dying soon. It's not like Anle or anyone else became her friend. They all treated her as an attendant or a servant (probably their culture) . I think she must be happier dying for her love, saving him. If anything making her unhappy, it must be that he's lonely without her afterwards, even for a little while. Unless they were both alive, this is the best end for her I think ❤😢❤
My Wen Shuo is getting married and they are going to have cute little Wen Shuo's running around I'm so happy for him he deserves it. He not only gets married but his mentor and CP soon to be Emperor will be his brother in law how cool is that, and his sister will be Crown Princess soon to be Empress I wanted more fighting scenes but there was enough plotting scheming and shenanigans to get me through since Wen Shuo lived I will rate this an 8.2 out of 10. Liu Yunning is a great actor he can play a good or evil character but he seems to die in every series in the end, but he always plays a selfish ambitious person who rises to the top. Gong Jun did a great job in his character, Dilraba did well I just feel she is typecast and many of her characters have the same disposition, a playful yet rebellious hard headed girl who never listens. I think I like her better as a 9 tails demon fox now that she plays exceptionally well. The story was cohesive I would definitely recommend it for someone to watch. I won't watch it again, but the actor who plays Wen Shuo I am following everything he stars in I love his teary puppy dog button nose young man. He is cuteness overload for me. Besides Luo Jin this kid makes me cry just when he gets teary eyed. Dilraba always have good chemistry with her ML I don't dislike her as a person I want to see her act in different roles so I can see what she is made of is that too much to ask?
The first time i cried watching this was when Anning had died , i was crying for 30 minhtes while my sister was mocking me , she was my favourite character and i also feel bad for Linlang and Lou MingXi , whenever i saw Linlang on the screen i would smile I loved the way she acted and i felt sad because Lou MingXi failed to recognise her love for him . I hope that in the end Lou MingXi and LinLang wouod somehow still be alive loving eachother , i hope Lengbei could stop his greed and just stay with Anning as i also felt he loved her and i felt Anning loved him. I joped Anning would not be dead and she could join Lengbei and lead a good life . All this time Lou MingXi had thought he was in love with Di Ziyuan but he slowly realised he truly liked LinLang and Han ye was meant for Di Ziyuan, no matter what family they were from . I loved this drama and Dilraba, Simon did a good job too

Ive enjoyed very much. I´ve learnt that if you fall to an abism you dont´t get hurt at all. Just a few scratches. ( while im sure if I fall off a chair I will braak something ). My regret with this drama is the lack of kissing scenes. At the end I wouldnt have mind even a kiss between Luo Minxi and the crown prince..but give me a kiss scene!!!! hahaha

Crown Prince Han Ye brings joy to those around him and Emperor Han Ye brings peace to his citizens, so much so that even the weather makes the hard to grow flowers of longing bloom. The fact that he planted all of them by hand is pretty awesome, he deserves all the bragging rights. Kudos to Gong Jun as well, I really enjoyed his take on the character throughout the whole drama.

Wow! Thank you for a happy ending. This is my first drama starring Gong Jun. He's a terrific actor, perfect for the role of crown prince. Dilraba is one of my favorite actresses & she delivered an excellent performance for Di Ziyuan/Ren Anle. All the casts put their heart into their roles, Lou Yu Ning, Xia Nan, Wang Yi Ting...made this drama very memorable...

I can't believe its over! I know i will be feeling sad for the next few days to come, because you develop such a bond with the characters. Simon Gong Jun is the most handsome actor ever!😍😍😍😍🥰🥰🥰 and they as a couple have so much chemistry......This is the most amazing drama i've watched, every episode was so interesting and the plot was amazing, yes it would have been great to see a kiss, but even then i prefer it without...the acting was superb!!! I love Dilraba and Gong Jun❤ Although, I feel so sad for Mingxi and Linlang, wish we could have seen their happy ending together, and Anning's end was REALLLLLLY sad! I loved her character, her end was so tragic....It has definitely felt like an emotional rollercoaster, each episode is heart felt. I love that the ending is not rushed. I enjoyed watching this. It got boring somewhere in the middle but picked up again till the end. Costumes were so on point, the sceneries were quite captivated and breathtaking, story line is so on point. Good acting overall. Wonderful characters you will not forget in an instant.

As sad as it may be that Luo Mingxi could never return the love Linlang had for him, he eventually appreciates her for her love and dedication towards him. Yet he never betrays his true love to the end and is true to himself just like Linlang was to herself. Theirs is such pure and true love. Hopefully in another lifetime, their fates will be happier through and through.
Somehow, to me, within all the activities, the emotions and feelings of Luo Mingxi and Linlang struck out much more ❤
Agree 100% the chemistry was sadly lacking between Dilraba and Simon Gong ..wished they had chosen another actor to play the part..they were not believable at all ..in my opinion..Dilraba is a great actress but he just didn't have it to be her leading man🤷

I don't think it's any lacking on Simon's part. The character Han Ye is cold and detached. He is supposed to be more or less depressed and specially concerned about the country's continuity, people's wellbeing etc. And he is also supposed to be utterly loyal to his family. (As I understood)
I guess because of these things, he isn't showing his personal feelings, maybe? Not expected to show?
But could've done more with body language.

As for Linlang she'd be sad and lonely without Luo Mingxi, and he was dying soon. It's not like Anle or anyone else became her friend. They all treated her as an attendant or a servant (probably their culture) .
I think she must be happier dying for her love, saving him. If anything making her unhappy, it must be that he's lonely without her afterwards, even for a little while.
Unless they were both alive, this is the best end for her I think ❤😢❤

My Wen Shuo is getting married and they are going to have cute little Wen Shuo's running around I'm so happy for him he deserves it. He not only gets married but his mentor and CP soon to be Emperor will be his brother in law how cool is that, and his sister will be Crown Princess soon to be Empress I wanted more fighting scenes but there was enough plotting scheming and shenanigans to get me through since Wen Shuo lived I will rate this an 8.2 out of 10. Liu Yunning is a great actor he can play a good or evil character but he seems to die in every series in the end, but he always plays a selfish ambitious person who rises to the top. Gong Jun did a great job in his character, Dilraba did well I just feel she is typecast and many of her characters have the same disposition, a playful yet rebellious hard headed girl who never listens. I think I like her better as a 9 tails demon fox now that she plays exceptionally well. The story was cohesive I would definitely recommend it for someone to watch. I won't watch it again, but the actor who plays Wen Shuo I am following everything he stars in I love his teary puppy dog button nose young man. He is cuteness overload for me. Besides Luo Jin this kid makes me cry just when he gets teary eyed. Dilraba always have good chemistry with her ML I don't dislike her as a person I want to see her act in different roles so I can see what she is made of is that too much to ask?

The first time i cried watching this was when Anning had died , i was crying for 30 minhtes while my sister was mocking me , she was my favourite character and i also feel bad for Linlang and Lou MingXi , whenever i saw Linlang on the screen i would smile I loved the way she acted and i felt sad because Lou MingXi failed to recognise her love for him . I hope that in the end Lou MingXi and LinLang wouod somehow still be alive loving eachother , i hope Lengbei could stop his greed and just stay with Anning as i also felt he loved her and i felt Anning loved him. I joped Anning would not be dead and she could join Lengbei and lead a good life . All this time Lou MingXi had thought he was in love with Di Ziyuan but he slowly realised he truly liked LinLang and Han ye was meant for Di Ziyuan, no matter what family they were from . I loved this drama and Dilraba, Simon did a good job too
