@@Sabaton wow I didn’t expect a reply but anyway I love this song but my favourite one would be the last stand since it’s the first one I had listened to from this band
Honestly this piece of music probably has influenced me the most of all songs. When I first heard of this I really got into history and the stories of people of the past. First it was of course the WW2 era, but then the areas I was interested just grew, and now I am fascinated about the whole history of the world and how the decisions of some people affected the creation of our current world. It has grown so much that I am honestly thinking about going to go university with the goal of studying history and graduating on that topic. So thanks for making these songs. Literally changed the course of my life. 10/10 would recommend.
Saw Sabaton for the first time this past Sunday when they opened for Judas Priest. I knew going in they'd open with this song, but GODDAMN did it still hit like a ton of bricks. Pumped me up for the entire night and it never let up.
a little story I got: it was the night before my computer exam, I was going to sleep and just lying there, worried that I hadn't studied much. So I got up, turned on the light, put this song on loop and studied from midnight till 2 in the morning. Next morning, I went to give the exam. I got 90% in the subject. Thank you sabaton
Still one of my favorite songs, and I love the visuals here. Sabaton songs already narrate history, so the books and scrolling text is absolutely perfect.
My Grandpa was a tank drive back then. He told us stories about the war. I was a child when he told us, so he havent told us all the truth. Just the funny parts. But what i remember is that it was his dream to drive a tank. He told us the times at the eastern front, not maybe the real bad part but a part of it. When they entered the SU they had a lack of food, so they searched for food in the nearby town. They only found a chocolade store, they ate only chocolade for a week he said. I dont know if its true, but i wish it is. He told us he was the driver of a tiger tank, i didnt know what a "tiger" tank was, so i just accepted it as it was. But now i know, he was the keeper of a monster. He died in 2012 at an age of 93 years. I hope that there are people who aprreciate his small story i shared. I wll ever love him
It has been scientifically proven that listening to Sabaton while doing something makes you 5 times better at that thing. With that being said, I’m gonna go and conquer a micronation by myself.
I paused this song right before the chorus to talk to my sister and I forgot about it. When I hit play I get blasted with “THEY WERE THE PANZER ELITE BORN TO COMPETE NEVER RETREAT” and I head banged so hard that days later I’m still in pain.

I'm new to Sabaton, so people can correct me if this has already been done: I think Sabaton should make a song about 1.) Kamikaze pilots. If done right, that song could blend in some Japanese instruments to sound really cool. 2.) Rhodesian special forces.
This song isn't what got me through firefighting training. You have to do it pack test that requires 45 lb on your back and walk 3 miles in under 45 minutes. At the cadence that this song provided for me i got 37 minutes. You guys are amazing! Saw you live about 5 years ago.

did she play ghost division
?
@@Knowth1ng Yes she did and the principal called her a n@zi. We all boo'd the principal out of the classroom
Whenever i went to their concert with Judas Priest in Evansville, this is the song they opened with. Deadass almost everyone around me said, "THEY ARE THE PANZER ELITE BORN TO COMPETE NEVER RETREAT" without fail. It was an amazing first concert for me. Thanks Sabaton!
That's the kind of thing that makes our live shows so epic 😎

I played this song in the drive to work. It was odd but I never got a red light while this music was playing
We brought you good luck this time Nicholas
They are the- car- elite! born to- get to work- ! never- get a red light!- car- division- living or dead, always- driving- fed by- coffee

HELL YEAH! Happy to hear that! Thank you for being there 🤘
a little story I got:
it was the night before my computer exam, I was going to sleep and just lying there, worried that I hadn't studied much. So I got up, turned on the light, put this song on loop and studied from midnight till 2 in the morning. Next morning, I went to give the exam.
I got 90% in the subject.
Thank you sabaton
This song alone is what got me into the metal genre all those years ago. Thank you so much Sabaton. Much love! ❤️
This album was the same for me! I Listened to panzerkampf first then ghost division.
Still one of my favorite songs, and I love the visuals here. Sabaton songs already narrate history, so the books and scrolling text is absolutely perfect.
I still remember the moment when my history teacher in highschool played the "uprising" during class. She's an elderly woman.
I show Sabaton to my aunt(68 y.o.) now she wearing Buffalo platforms and dressing black/white camo 😍😍😍
There's a certain energy in this song, and its both raw and pure.

I paused this song right before the chorus to talk to my sister and I forgot about it. When I hit play I get blasted with “THEY WERE THE PANZER ELITE BORN TO COMPETE NEVER RETREAT” and I head banged so hard that days later I’m still in pain.

I'm new to Sabaton, so people can correct me if this has already been done:
I think Sabaton should make a song about 1.) Kamikaze pilots. If done right, that song could blend in some Japanese instruments to sound really cool.
2.) Rhodesian special forces.
yep, one on the selous scouts will be perfect
