I think Jives was scraped cause 1. He was skinny 2. He looked liked an icon for kids to starve 3. Jives is a kid who was too skinny Sorry this is just my opinion
I think it was because Nickelodeon felt there were too many characters to work with on the show, and from my understanding, many of Jives' traits and storylines could easily be used for other characters (i.e. Ziggy and Pixel).
