Like others I'm wondering how much it leaks? Also, is it true it takes several months to receive the cover after ordering and making payment? Approximate weight for a short bed truck?
Awesome cover. Decided to get one for my 2024 GMC 3500HD. But it is an unfair business practice to ask $2800 and a $500 up front freight ($3300) for a product and have to wait 25 weeks for the product to arrive is a deal breaker for me. Going for the DiamondBack.
@jammann209 Wow, that's almost 7 months. I just deleted my cart after I saw the lead time and freight charge. They claim business is booming for them. Don't understand why they don't expand their company. They are losing opportunities to enhance their profits.
The estimate was 26 weeks when I ordered one. It has been 32 weeks and was just told that it will be another 8 weeks. I am so pissed that I am considering cancelling the order.
Friend of mine has one. Waited 6 months for it and it leaks like others and was missing hardware upon delivery. I went with Diamondback and have zero regrets.

Have you received it? Placed an order in mid Feb 2024. Could not get a reply from Renegade on delivery so we canceled the order last week.

I am also curious if you have experienced leaking at the folds, it is my main concern after seeing other reviews/videos which show leaking.
