      At least one tip is to search for Remix-competitions. Those are plenty in the net. And then of course, ask this from the artist you want to remix. I've done couple of those competitions and asked couple of times. Haven't received No-answer yet so I need to finish those remixes :D

    Hey Luke, I realy like your vlogs! I have a two questions you probably can answer for me.
    Could you tell some more about all the unkown politics in the DJ world, like what happend with Don Diablo on ULTRA Singapore and all the other things that we as a crowd don't know ? My other question is: where do you get all your nice t-shirts, that are most of the time inspired on the current trends in the world like strangher things or the place your set take place ?

You not have to put you hand on the air when drop come, people are listened enough electronic music and know when drop come, you not have to swing you hands or jump when the kick drum start to bang.

    Hi, Luke
    Your vlogs are very interesting.
    Could you please make a vlog about reasons for loosing momentum? I get the impression that some DJ's/Producers were more popular 10-15 years ago than they are today. Like Tom Novy, Patrik Skoog, Stanny Franssen, Silicone Soul, Pascal FEOS, Ian Pooley….
    Do you have a fear that your fans and promoters would lose interest in you if you would tour less than you are today? Do you see yourself touring less and investing your time in something else? What would your crew think about you touring less since their income depends on your activities?

    • @jeancarlocarmona6489
      @jeancarlocarmona6489 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      RichezRightzz For me.. producers are just people who know music theory... if the producer plays an instrument, he or she is a musician.. amateur one.. experienced one.. idk, it's just a label I guess

    • @official_abieks
      @official_abieks 6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Personally, I think that producers are COMPOSERS, but not always musicians. EDM is definitely real music (hence the term "composer"), but it doesn't usually involve real instruments and when it does the producers often don't play it themselves. The word "musician" implies that someone can physically play an instrument. Many producers CAN play instruments, though--that's often how their interest in music started.

    This basically screams what I’ve said to people for years, but cemented that you have to produce in order to make it as a dj; unless you’ve some solid connections with promoters and grind from being a warm up, tough position to leave if you’re good at it, every promoter looks for good warm up Dj’s...or they should be!

    Can you host a remix contest for us to release an official remix? That way we can learn both how to release an official remix and possibly get feedback from submissions?

    Awesome vlog as always!!! and i feel these tips fall into place for almost every aspect of life. As a DJ, and Medical student literally tips 1-4/5 and 7 rang so true for my life experiences and i guess you could say future experiences as a Dr. Thanks for the inspiration and epic vlogs
