- The Law of Attraction sleep technique is the communication of your conscious desires to your subconscious mind before going to bed. The exercise suggests impressing the desired thoughts that can manifest results in your reality. The law of attraction sleep technique operates with the same support that other methods are based on, attract, and achieve.
Your conscious mind is responsible for only five percent of your life. 95 percent of our life is subconscious, is unconscious, and that we have 65,000 thoughts in a day approximately. 95 percent of all the thoughts, feelings, and actions that you have are unconscious and they're preprogrammed from our world, our culture, our parents. It goes down this cycle and we have a very negative culture.
That self-image is controlling 95 percent of your life. But the good news is you can change it. So when you're going to bed, your conscious mind shuts down. Eventually, you stop thinking so much. The conscious mind relaxes and we can start to access the subconscious mind. Before you go to bed, start focusing on the person that you desire to be. The desire's already manifested because the growth of who you can be is a natural process from within yourself. You already are a master at money. You already are capable and have everything you need to create your dream job. You already can have an amazing relationship and healthy and adventurous life.
