- From the sold-out Irving Plaza show (2023-05-21). Notice the gaggle of NYC-area press in the pit at the front of the stage. Certainly a good sign for the band. Recorded from the "Loft" area of the Irving Plaza Balcony level on a Galaxy A54. #thewarningrockband #irvingplaza
The warning is phenomenal
Listening to this with my in-ears and dang, the sound quality is really good! Especially the drums
Thanks. It was a very loud show but the mix was excellent, at least for TW (not so much for the opening band)
Love how clear Ale bass is and how clear her Microphone was!
Rob, outstanding job capturing this show. Great sound quality!
Love that Alés microphone was turned up to the right volume! It’s great to hear her singing!
I love this band. These are some of the hardest working musicians out there and they are awesome. They deserve all the success.
I was there, it was such a good show! I’m glad that someone recorded the show
Finally someone who actually shows the crowd reaction at the end. 👍🏻
EXACTLY!!! I never understood why all those hundreds of videos wouldn't just take a few seconds to get the cheers, and scan the crowd. This was a GREAT video!
Thanks guys. It was easy to do from my vantage point and they were kind enough to bring up the house lights. I did the same with the encore.
Thank you, Rob, for sharing.
Excellent spot!!! Thank you for sharing Rob 👍
Yes, there is a general admission (standing) area on the balcony level right above the stage. I was pleasantly surprised that all the VIP ticketholders (first inside) went after the floor level spots, leave this Loft area empty (at least when I arrived there some 5-10 minutes after the doors opened).
Excellent Quality. Nice job 👍
I loved it to they are so cool
rad! The old dude at the far right air-drumming, that would be me if I was there! Can't wait to see them live.
Yeah, he was certainly fully engaged in the performance. 🙂
Super sound!
Ale's thunderstorm of bass.
This was the loudest show (of any concert in my 60+ years) I have ever been to (unnecessarily so in my opinion - but a good mix). In part that is a function of the size of the space (modestly-sized 1200 seat venue), the PA-level, and my positioning above the floor 20" away from one of the hanging speaker stacks). Pau's kick-drum could literally be felt against my clothing.

"Excellent." -- Montgomery Burns 😉
great angle! how big was the venue?
It lists a capacity of a 1200. There is a small general admission "Loft" area on the balcony level of this venue and I was fortunate enough to get in early enough to get that spot.
