You absolute LEGEND!!! I've been wondering how to reuse the bags as I HATE the idea of companies trying to force subscription models into everything with the disposable bags, what a step backwards. Thought I was going to have to hook all the dust out but your food clip idea is genius! Keep up the great videos :)
Ha thanks! I reckon I'll get three uses out of each bag, so about 9 months total(ish) before the bag's material is too saturated with dust to work properly. Not as good as bag-less design but still more reasonable than single-use.
Great review. K10+ / K10+pro still can't clear away Cybermen like the old K9. And can't handle stairs like the old Daleks. But good to see the TARDIS has been incorporated into the dock(tor) station 😅
A very good question indeed! In theory there are drop-sensors underneath that can sense whether there's a ledge it's about to go over. However these can be unreliable depending on the floor (they don't like dark carpets for example) - that's not just a SwitchBot issue, it's a widespread robot vacuum issue with the sensors used. I learned that the hard way, see this video th-cam.com/video/cZYWTv91gUw/w-d-xo.html - but the best way to deal with it is to get the robot to do a map of the area and then you can add no-go zones and virtual barriers to the map. These work really well and I use them to stop the robot from going behind my sofa where it tends to get stuck, and stopping it from cleaning certain rooms.

Hehe bonus points go to you this week :)
Question - if you have an upstairs what stops it from falling down the stairs and hurting itself?

Great video and the K10+ Pro looks very, very good - I WANT ONE!! Will need to save my pennies... 🪙🪙🪙
Thank you! Starmer and Britney are still going strong doing their daily cleaning routines. They are the power couple the world needs.
