Pudina Jamin me lagana. Apne aap badhte jata hai. Gamle me nahi badhta Jamin jitna. Bahut fayde me rahoge, jarur lagana pudina. Chai ki hari patti bhi Jamin me lagana. Sardi, khasi, jukam se chai ki hari patti bachati hai. Thande mausam me bahut fayda deti hai.
