Partially with Suno, that's right. I combine AI with my digital audio workstation Cubase to create the music in my vision. It's crazy how far we have come with AI already now, trying to find ways to break musical bounderies using it. Have you been giving AI music a try lately?
@fluxandthemind Thank you for taking the time to reply. I appreciate you being forthcoming about the use of AI and your creative process as many are not. Interesting creative process, good luck with your project(s). Yes, I have been giving AI music a try lately. The quality has degraded a bit since late November early December, but I hope it'll return. V4 is interesting to say the least, but I honestly don't think it's consistent enough to subscribe for it. V3.5 and V4 also have major flaws in terms of a complete inability to do certain music genres. The reason why I asked is because Suno has a few tell-tale sound indicators which I assume may just be watermarking.
@@Niffy. Thanks, I appreciate that. Very curious to see where this music journey goes. Some people have mixed opinions about AI in music and I get that, but honestly, I think there's no way around it in the long-term. So I'm trying to go with the flow ;) As for Suno, that's interesting to hear. I also had the impression that it has some telltale signs. What I've noticed from my side is that it has the tendency to decay into rumbling and glitchy noises at times or that there's some of that sound in the background. Another thing is the vocals. There are some very distinct suno type vocals regardless of the genre, especially with female voices. However I'm already quite impressed with how far they've come, especially given that it will probably get even better over time. Soon I'll try to create some short music videos to the tracks with AI that doesn't come off too cheasy. Do you have any recommendations by chance? I was thinking of going with Kling AI for that
@fluxandthemind I think as long as the person posting it is straight forward with the fact that they used AI it's fine. Those that won't admit to using it, when it's obvious they have -- I think that's problematic. The decay you've mentioned I think has been referred to as "demon summoning" by some users lol. Vocals are very distinctive, you're not wrong. I usually generate instrumentals so I normally notice the same or similar chord progression being used as well as any time there's drums there's a tell-tale tktktktktktktktk sound about half the time. It was those things that led me to inquiring as to whether you had used AI or not. I've seen Kling being recommended on the Suno subreddit. At this time I don't have the time or energy to attempt to post any of my creations anywhere. But I've seen Kling, Runway, Capcut, and Hailuo being mentioned for video creation the most.
Yup, this is something I didn't search for, yet definitely needed! Great sound design!
Awesome, thanks so much! I'm working on a new dark and moody project, if all goes well I'll upload it this week🤞🏻
