- Nicky Hilton talks to Yahoo Lifestyle about when her love for footwear began. “I went to all girls, Catholic, private school on the Upper East Side. The only thing we could style ourselves was our shoes, so it was a really, really big deal,” she said.

Ok, the fact that someone as wealthy as Nicky is saying shoes are out of hand expensive today - I just gained so much more respect for her. She remains grounded and reasonable despite having the world at her fingertips, and I absolutely love that.

If a Nicky Hilton who is now a Rothschild is complaining that shoes have become ridiculously expensive , then you know she is speaking the truth .
I just wish they would also speak the truth about how uncomfortable those ridiculous Louboutins are with that Spike heel which doesn't even support the heel . It therefore does not support the weight of the body . I always thought the Louboutin was a scam and overrated .
I agree with you but I think it's widespread info by now. A lot of celebrities say those shoes aren't comfortable. Louboutin himself always acknowledges this too.

I just love Nicky! I wish she would do a reveal of her closets, plural, as we know there are probably storage spaces filled! It’s funny to me that the K family does these big closet tours and Nicky is always more reserved and it’s always showing a more curated collection.
I wish I had so much money and influence that a famous designer would call me up ask for ME advice and then pay me for it!! LOL Well, I can always dream.
