My mom passed away 3 weeks ago and then I got Covid immediately after and then had final exams. Today was the first day I finally stopped, and it all hit me. I have been having panic attacks all day and watching your video is the first moment of today that my heart rate has slowed down. You have no idea the difference you make!! Thank you 💗
