If at all hard removal is done which has lead to septal perforation, then treatment would be Small- plastic flaps closure by surgery. Large perforations- nose crust free using alkaline nasal douches, bland ointment. Maybe a thin slapstick button can be worn too. Plastic plus silicon is silastic!
Funny that use of steroid sprays would lead to septal perforation too, sow onto it aggravate this?! Ofcourse I don't know about the role of steroid ointments in septal perforation. 😕
