Those who do not adhere to the original Apostolic Tradition and Succession are MAMZERIM, spiritually illegitimate. A MAMZER is not allowed to enter the Temple of God. Study the Early Church Fathers, Apostolic Fathers, and Ante-Nicene Church Fathers teachings if your church does not follow this God-given tradition. According to the Biblical pattern, every Christian believer must be baptised into Moses, that is, learn how to elevate the Mosaic Laws to the spiritual and prophetic dimensions. We must also sit under an Elijah, that is, study and discern the parabolic language of the Gospels and Epistles. Then, and only then, we cross over into the deeper mysteries relating to Christ. “But the same writer (Clement of Rome), in the seventh book of the same work, relates also the following things concerning him: “The Lord after his resurrection imparted knowledge to James the Just (Half-brother of Jesus) and to John and Peter, and they imparted it to the rest of the apostles, and the rest of the apostles to the Seventy, of whom Barnabas was one. But there were two Jameses: one called the Just, who was thrown from the pinnacle of the temple and was beaten to death with a club by a fuller, and another who was beheaded.” Paul also makes mention of the same James the Just, where he writes, “Other of the apostles saw I none, save James the Lord's brother.” ” ~Eusebius, Disciple of Pamphilus (influenced by Origen), Bishop of Caesarea 314 AD, Christian historian, polemicist, exegete. Ascension of Christ, Book II, 260-340 AD Since therefore we have such proofs, it is not necessary to seek the truth among others which it is easy to obtain from the Church; since the apostles, like a rich man [depositing his money] in a bank, lodged in her hands most copiously all things pertaining to the truth: so that every man, whosoever will, can draw from her the water of life. Revelation 22:17 For she is the entrance to life; all others are thieves and robbers. On this account, we are bound to avoid them, but to make the choice of the thing pertaining to the Church with the utmost diligence, and to lay hold of the tradition of the truth. For how stands the case? Suppose there arise a dispute relative to some important question among us, should we not have recourse to the most ancient Churches with which the apostles held constant intercourse, and learn from them what is certain and clear in regard to the present question? For how should it be if the apostles themselves had not left us writings? Would it not be necessary, [in that case,] to follow the course of the tradition which they handed down to those to whom they did commit the Churches? To which course many nations of those barbarians who believe in Christ do assent, having salvation written in their hearts by the Spirit, without paper or ink, and, carefully preserving the ancient tradition, believing in one God, the Creator of heaven and earth, and all things therein, by means of Christ Jesus, the Son of God. ~Irenaeus, Disciple of Polycarp, Bishop of Lyons France, Christian Apologist, developed Theology & Defined Orthodoxy. @@tony1685 why should I respond to you with the Bible if you can’t even understand it? The only thing you understand are the propaganda taught to you through Hellen whites sect.
Very informative. My concern is that no one really defines what they mean by apostolic succession. If you stick to what is in the scriptures, I would say that you see very limited evidence of a centralized leadership that had authority over many local churches. You have Jerusalem council issuing a statement. I think it’s just assumed that since all of the leaders of local churches erected present, each church would follow the decision. Paul didn’t seem to claim any authority over churches he had previously founded but left to start another church. He begged people to repent when they were led astray. He had no authority over the false teachers that he opposed (probably because they had their own church with no affiliation to Paul). There were some references to church discipline in churches where I presume that he was likely serving as a local elder of. It seems that the apostles were careful not to add any traditions of man to what was taught by Jesus. My understanding is that the council of Jerusalem only identified the OT commands that also applied to foreigners living amongst the Jews for Gentiles to adhere to. Sticking to the scriptures shows that they didn’t consider their own apostolic authority in the way that many popes have done.
The first example of Apostolic succession was the replacement of Judas. Holy Apostle St Peters successor is Pope Francis. Holy Apostle St Andrew's successor is Patriarch Bartholomew of Orthodox Church Saint Mark, the gospel writer's successor is Pope Tawadros II of Coptic Church of Alexandria

No such thing as apostolic succession. God gave requirements for apostles in the book of Acts. The mist important of which is that the apostle had to have seen the risen Christ. Scripture says the last to see the risen Christ was Paul. So according to scripture there could be no more apostles.
This is incorrect. There were many Apostles. An Apostle is one who is sent. First Jesus sent the Twelve and then He sent the Seventy. The incident you are referencing only applied to the standard to replace Judas because he was one of the Twelve. Paul does not meet the conditions set forth here either because he was not with Jesus from the time of the Baptism of John the Baptist. Paul made Timothy and Titus Apostles and they did not meet the same standards as the Twelve or Paul. An honest and deliberative reading shows quite clearly that Apostolic Succession is grounded in the NT and further supported by the writings of the Early Fathers. God Bless!

@Charles it is fine to me if you insist on believing the lies of your priests, scholars upto your pope. What is important to me was that i was able to exposed the lies. Better read the history written by true historian for you to know the atrocities made by roman catholic religion. You know i am formerly a catholic but by reading the bible by myself my mind slowly open to the truth and learn the lies of the roman catholic teachings and wrong practices. This is the reason why they prohibited the believers during the reformation to own and read the bible and when ever they caught anyone owning the bible the punishment was death by burning.
@Charles i am sorry if i considered you to be member of this occult church. I wish to know your basis or facts why you wrote to me that the histories i have read are not true.
@Charles who are you to tell me about idols and how the roman catholics treat them, who are you to tell me that teachings and practices of this church are all in accordance to the words of God. I am a born roman catholic by religion and you do not know how i struggled in my faith after slowly my eyes were opened by the words of God. You cannot accept the truth about my comment because as orthodox your church is also guilty to my accusations. Orthodox church and the roman catholic are just but the same color. Together in the fourth century you considered the nestorians as heritic because they never accepted mary to become the mother of God. You also pray to previous believers who are dead to help you. Both your church and the catholics are simply the present pharisees. That does not mean that your church is old it is righteous.
@Charles the only authority to as is the bible the words of our Jesus as Lord and head of our church, if the church teaches things outside the words of the bible or anything contrary to the written words of God then Jesus is not anymore the head of that church. It was written in; 1)Deu 4:2 KJV Ye shall not add unto the word which I command you, neither shall ye diminish ought from it, that ye may keep the commandments of the LORD your God which I command you, 2)Deu 12:32 KJV What thing soever I command you, observe to do it: thou shalt not add thereto, nor diminish from it, 3)Isa 8:20 KJV To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them, 4)Gal 1:8 KJV But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed. Now i want to ask you where can you find in the bible that you should call mary as the mother of God and pray for help to her. Where can you read in the bible that you should fill your church with images and pray to them, where in the bible can you find that you should pray for your dead. Where can you read from the bible that the pope is infallable and many more to mention. So with all of this Jesus can not be considered the head of your church.
I sent the complete words of the scriptures to help you understand the context; 1)1Co 11:2 KJV Now I praise you, brethren, that ye remember me in all things, and keep the ordinances, as I delivered them to you, 2) 2Th 2:15 KJV Therefore, brethren, stand fast, and hold the traditions which ye have been taught, whether by word, or our epistle, 3) 2Th 3:6 KJV Now we command you, brethren, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye withdraw yourselves from every brother that walketh disorderly, and not after the tradition which he received of us. The whole context of these scriptures is the command to the churches of corinth and thesalonica to obey complete the instructions of paul to them. Now in Gal 1:8 KJV paul said "But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed". Now what paul is saying to the galatians were not to listen or reject all teachings that that he never thougth to them. Paul never said to add anything to what he had thought to the gentile churches. About mary did the existence of Jesus only started in the womb of mary like you and me in the wombs of our mothers? If mary became the mother of god then then Jesus became god only in her womb.
Where in the Dead Sea Scrolls or anywhere else in the Bible does it say that the apostles handed down the teachings that... 1. Mary should be worshiped? 2. Peter was the first pope? 3. the Godhead is triune and that the persons of the Godhead are co-equal in glory and co-eternal in majesty? 4. purgatory is real? 5. a certain worship may be offered to inanimate objects, such as the relics of a martyr, or even the statue or picture of a saint? 6. Jesus' birthday should be celebrated on the same day as the pagan Roman Saturnalia? 7. Mary should be prayed to? 8. Mary was immaculately conceived? 9. Peter was the first pope? 10. priests can disregard Jesus' instruction not to call any man 'Father'? 11. meat cannot be eaten on Fridays or during Lent? 12. Mary is a co-redemptrix? 13. Mary is the mother of God? 14. babies must be baptized? 15. the pope is infallible? 16. unmarried priests must remain celibate? Can we all agree that the apostles did not hand down to others the falsehoods of the Catholic Church?

They all needed a Mother to create them a living body, and sustain their life. She is the comforter when they cry. She heals their wounds, and she raises them in her image to be honored equal
In the year 380AD emperor theodosios declared the christianity to be the state religion of the government of rome. It is how the rcc got its name. And to be acceptable to all of the pagan citizens who worship idols the rcc made also idols of the dead saints.
Can we all agree that the apostles did not hand down to others the falsehoods of the Catholic Church?
paul create christinity…jesus is teacher
