that is not how the law works. you need to get your sentence, then you can appeal and 'stay' the execution of the sentence. This is what is going to happen. Trump is not going to jail before the election, even if that is what the sentence is. Announcing the sentence, has zero impact on the election. What Trump doesnt want is the sentencing memo to be released to the public. This is where all of the information regarding everything he did is released to the public.

It will. There are so many prosecutorial and judicial violations that it is ridiculous. The first of which is a 6th Amendment violation, as Trump was never fully informed of the criminal charges. Several laws were pieced together to create new law through collusion of the prosecution and the judge. Only the legislature is allowed to create law, not prosecutors, and not judges.

Here’s proof that Republican governing doesn’t work, just look up the top 10 highest poverty states in the country. Every one of them are long-ran Republican states, like Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Kentucky, Vermont, Arkansas… I can keep going actually. I think Florida is the only one not at the bottom, but that’s just because they have Disney World and all those touristy beaches. If not for that, they would be at the bottom too! Their education system is ranked at the bottom in the nation, high teenage pregnancy rates and highest infant mortality rates, a large lacking or absence of public and community services.
Also, the states with the highest poverty levels are constant. Meaning they aren’t going up and down on the list depending on which Republican is in office. Like there isn’t sometimes Democratic states in the bottom. It’s ALWAYS Republican states. Every single Republican you’ve voted for is holding your state back.
Republicans are ONLY worried about big businesses and kickbacks. Ask yourself, what has your local government done for your family lately with all of your tax dollars? If you’re getting some new roads, you can thank Biden for that, but the rest is up to your local government. Maybe you should ask your local Republican leaders what they’ve been doing with your money! If you’re not already rich then you’re statistically on the WRONG SIDE! Look it up!

He can’t file for an appeal until after the sentencing. The reason being that the judge could throw out the decision himself. So, Trump is stuck until the sentence is delivered.

I’m disgusted and enraged by how accountability has been delayed in all trials for FORMER President Trump. Should he only be tried by judges and people he appointed? Would that make it fair? He has already used that power to have things thrown out. He has spent his life getting whatever he wants and it’s time for there to be accountability. I find it so interesting to watch every other news station report the full story on all of his rally’s and trials. Then I come to Fox just to see how they spin it and leave important information out.

You can't make the secondary crime that turns the "hush money" into a felony.. law is 1 misdemeanor plus other crimes becomes felony.. there's no other crimes listed.. the judge even told the jury to pick another crime they think he did (without being proven).
