Very nice review of Salmans evolution. If I were asked to review it, I would have said same things as you did. No doubt , Salman was heartthrob of every one in 1990's when he looked very innocent, handsome and played roles of a happy go lucky, carefree guy in movies. I can call his acting as just average in that time, there was no versatility in characters during this period. He played same role in every movie, except Karan Arjun and veetgati. In 2000's era, he somehow lost his early ground and success because he was involved in number of controversies. Aishwarya episode , chinkara cases, hit n run case. In this period , tough he tried to do serious movies but most of his films flopped except tere naam and partner and wanted. Tere naam shows a glimpse of what he can do and his acting talent was in bloom but overall his choices in that period were aweful, terrible. In 2010' to 2020 Salman did his best and this was the period of his versatility in acting. Movies like wanted, dabanng, ETT and sultan made him the biggest action hero of Bollywood while movies like bhajrangi bhaijan, sultan, dabanng showed his tough exterior and soft interior and good at heart being human. In this decade, he did what can be called acting in true sense. He didn't played himself but pure characters. He matured with age and played iconic roles like chulbul Pandey, radhe, tiger in the last decade. With last few flops, Salmans success is going downhill. But we know he knows how to return with a bangggggggg. Simply love you, Salman khan
Watch Tere naam.. it's a masterpiece. It's a rollercoaster of emotions. A must watch movie of Salman Khan! (His one of the most iconic screen name Radhe started from this movie) Also watch Tumko Bhoola Na Paayenge.. it's a really good movie!
Aditya and shees Ali. I'm Salman khan fan. I watched his every movie since he started his career. Talking about tumko na bhol .... Was a movie with good idea but poor scripting. It could have been the best movie in Bollywood but they wasted it in writing. It was a novel idea , no doubt about that but there were many flaws /defects in the execution. Comedy wasn't good. Action was superb. Story line was good. But Salman's accent was not proper in the role. Similar thing could be said about Garv too If you ask my favourites, then I will Maine pyar kiya, Karan Arjun, HAHK, Andaz apna apna, hum Dil de chuke Sanam, judwaa, tere naam, wanted , bodyguard, dabanng, ETT, bhajrangi bhaijan, and sultan.
