Hello Stefan, I just want to thank you personally for all the great work. I was this closed to order a Kindle Scribe as it is on sale but after binge watching your videos on Koreader and saw you speak so highly of the Bigme 751c, I'm convinced! I prefer the flexibility and love tinkering with the devices I have and this device just ticks all of the box, esp with that attracting price. Take great care Stefan. I'm rooting for all of your future videos, keep up the amazing job!
I’ve been trying to decide between which eReader to buy because I want to access library book apps and I only have a kindle oasis (Australia) and I’m so grateful that I could watch your video reviews on the kobo library colour, and the bigme as well! I will need the bigme to get the apps I want, otherwise I would have gone for a kobo. Thanks so much for your work! I’m a new subscriber!
A kobo always works but you can’t install apps on them. You can on bigme and onyx Boox e-readers but you need to fiddle more with them. Black and white e-readers will always be better if you only read black and white ebooks.
Thanks for the vids on this one. I was dead set on the black and white UNTIL you posted this.....haha. May I ask, do you have video or photo of just HOW MUCH DARKER the color is when both b/w and color DONT use any light and reading inside? I usually dim all my devices, tv, computer, phone. So i like a.kittle darker, but is it unreadable? I mean how does this color compare to the libre b/w both with no light reading inside? Can you help? Many thanks! 👍🏻
I just found it out myself. No need to go through using adb. However, need to connect to my PC using the USB cable and then dropped the downloaded apk into the internal storage of the Bigme 715c device and then open the apk file from the Bigme 715c device and choose install. Thank you for the recommendation. Soon I will know whether KOReader is really better than all the e-reader. Thank you.
I regret purchasing it, wasted £300, buggy software, useless stylus, poor hardware, dark screen, short battery life. Etc. Do your own researches before making a decision.
@@svartling You see me everywhere probably because you’ve advertised this product everywhere. I am commenting on TH-cam because I want to alert those who are interested in this poor-quality product based solely on online ads: Think Twice.
@ellensamir374 you seem to have missed this video about this e-reader bit that is probably because you are so incredibly big fanboy of kobo: Watch this before buying a Color ebook reader (e-reader)! th-cam.com/video/jaWnBMvdKH0/w-d-xo.html
@@svartling You are such an incredibly big fanboy of hardware specs and totally ignore how important the design and software can play a key role in impacting the user experience.
@@svartling Are you biased because you seem to have made a lot of advertisements for them? I hope people can actually think and do not follow the TH-camrs blindly.

Stefan, you are indeed right. Koreader is really feature rich. So many settings are available. I enjoy using it.
Yes you can customize everything. And you can send books wirelessly from Calibre, you can sync progress, great statistics and much more.
Subscribed to your channel always great content.well done you.
Thank you

Yes I have a popular video on my channel. Don’t buy color e-reader until you watch this. Check that out.
Do you plan to try the boox go 7 at all?
I can’t afford it at the moment. So probably no. All others has then sent to them for free but I have to buy them for my own money.
Hated mine, while in the kobo app when it comes to page turning it only turns half the page,so annoying
That is easy to fix. Just rase the DPI for the app to around 340
@@svartling can you explain how to do that thanks
When you have the app open, go into e- ink settings, then app optimization, then change dpi to 340 or 360
@@svartling I’ll try that much appreciated
What do you have for your settings? I feel like mine is quite grainy when I see any of the covers. I can’t figure out if I’m doing something wrong.
I only use the best HD settings when reading. As slow as possible
Would appreciate if you could share instructions how to install KOREADER to the Bigme 715c? Thank you.

Why didn’t you download it from your web browser on your Bigme? Then just install it. No need for connecting to pc.
@@svartling Haha.. u r right. I was so used to browse through the internet to get the apk via PC.
@sam-genchan351 ok 👍🏻
Do you advise buyin the kobo libra colour for a first time ereader owner? i read only text books
No not really. I think you should go for a B&W version as your first so you can see how good e-ink can be.

I hear You are very angry and disappointed :) you are repeating yourself everywhere.
