    When that dealer and all other dealers get serious, they need to drop everything you showed another 10K and then it will sell. Until then, lot rot is in their future.

    I want to offer some Toyota businesses like one in Missouri that tried to rob me with 15K market adjustment up charge."after we agreed at a price" They told me not to worry they could make the payment the same as what they thought I wanted by adding years. I think I am going to offer 25 K less than sticker for economic adjustment. People please do not have sympathy for these businesses they did this to themselves.

    I think the ding-a-lings who were willing to pay out the nose for a new truck have already made their purchases and now dealerships have high-end trims sitting. Prices will have to drop more to the point the dealerships will lose $. I dont think they are losing yet.

      The problem is, half of the stuff out there is misinformation. I cant tell you how many videos ive seen saying the tundra isn’t selling, and its selling the best it has in 16 years. BY THE NUMBERS. Reliability, i wait and see how Toyota reacts. Is it a few trucks or a large amount. If its a large amount, Toyota will correct that problem asap, so it doesn’t hurt the momentum. For instance, 2022 had the waste gate issue. They corrected that as quick as they could. We are still in the early years of a massive Tundra platform overhaul, have some faith. And be careful what you read out there!

    @TundraDude34 Thank you for your work/ video. Sadly, even after my initial substantial disappointment with the Tundra refresh release, my disappointment has spread throughout the Toyota truck line. All models are way too overpriced …still! A half-step behind the big-three in terms of features … still! (Bad mpgs across all models//brands.) And yes, while there are a few “hiccups” in all models, the reliability issues and decreasing longevity I’ve seen in friends’ later models versus my long history with Toyota trucks/suvs… It’s just sad. Toyota needs to right their now “listing” ship!! But corporate profits are king and that is all the higher execs really care about. (As is the case with most companies these days.) I have a great mechanic, and I’ll just put some more $ into my old faithful. Still does everything I need. And anyone buying a new TRD PRO/RAPTOR/TRX/?? to thrash off-road has way more $ than smarts. I’ll trailer the SxS on some moderate off-roads to the trailhead (and of course deep snow on the way to grab some 🏂 powder days 😁🤙😁, or tools & lumber for the honey-do list projects) but that’s about as far as I’m taking my daily driver.
    Thanks again for your videos!

I didn't love how i was on a road trip and had check engine light on and the dealership had my truck for 2 weeks. I didn't love how everyday i hear about a new engine failure. I traded it in for a 2024 4Runner.. the last of the TRUE Toyotas. I defended Toyota with the new Tundra.. but now I'm on the band wagon of they need to improve. .. when I was at the dealership, the salesman told me that they can't sell them. Invoice isn't cost...on top of the out of market prices they jacked up the small charges (delivery/processing/handling/etc.). They are going to need to go to 10k off or offer 0% finance to sell. The buyers are fatigued. Toyota will let the dealers eat these on their floor plan for a few months before they push down big incentives. If you're a buyer then wait until the 25s are hitting.

    How about the power gate button on taillight? I thought this was a big selling point.🤔

    • @TundraDude34
      @TundraDude34  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I dunno if id call that a big selling point. Even when driving Tundras equipped with it, i still use the tailgate handle 🤷🏼‍♂️

    It's not a "Fire Sale" on a truck that is marked up 30k to mark down 7k.

      To be honest, i think its worth continuing the negotiation even lower then the price listed. Probably get an insane deal

    Trying to sell them cheap what about the blown engine problems? I wouldn’t buy one. It might blow up.

    • @TundraDude34
      @TundraDude34  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Serious question, do we think they are all blowing up? Have we thought about percentage of problem trucks vs built and sold? The failure rate is always very small. We hyper focus on negatives these days. If there is a mass problem, we will see stuff like a TSB, recall or stop sale. In a perfect world, all the Tundras would be perfect, but you’ll always have some problem trucks.
