Little late but I think you should ask her out after a couple days, like 3 days. Especially if the conversations are long. Then ask to hang out for the weekend or a 1-2 weeks later from when you asked. This would allow for a date for your first meetup, and it will give both sides time to prepare for the date and something to look forward too together
If both your parents have many siblings, and then those siblings had several kids. Let's say your parents have 4 siblings each, and they each have 5 kids. That's 40 first cousins.
@custard1404 i get that, its just very uncommon here, I barely know anyone who has more than two kids. My Dad has three siblings and that's the most out of4 generations
