I usually buys Magnum just before encountering Krauser. That 77k Magnum Gun. That Gun is Deadly.
First i attack on his legs bring him at knees then continuous shots of Magnum. Around 10 Shots of that 77k cost Magnum are Enough to defeat him.
Fire Power of that Magnum is around 25, i guess when you just buy it.

I learned after i fought him that the knife is broken for his fight, you can stun lock him with it and kill him in around 4hits
