Can you please read my shoulder MRI for rotator cuff tear or no tear? My radiologist identified severe tendinitis with possible interstitial tear of the mid - posterior supraspinatus fibres. The insurance doctor said severe tendinitis but no tear which I suspect to decline accident claim.. Thanks
