A more authentically long word is floccinaucinihilipilification, which dates back to the 18th century and appears in various books and speeches. Or, if you don't mind simply assembling prefixes and the like, you can, theoretically assemble a chemical name for a long-chain carbon molecule as long as the molecule itself is... theoretically of infinite length. Specifying in chemical terms the exact composition of a single DNA strand, for example, would probably take many shelves of traditional books.
29 letters is the longest non-technical word. You gotta fully google when you google.
