@@keye1200 If you type in tinnitus ASMR on you tube you can find other sounds that would be helpful they have tones that are high frequency that also mask the tinnitus sound..... Crickets work for me too it's such a weird thing to have to try and cover up but it does help and give a little relief of course we're really just changing noise for noise to me.....🙄

@@keye1200 For me it masks the buzzing in my ears and it somehow relieves the pressure I feel with my TMJ as well....

I got ear ringing when i listened to asmr for too long and then i cured it back with asmr
