Thanks for the memories. I still remember the last time I listened to a pair at Hollywood Sound, Florida many years ago. For those interested, the brand new Graham Audio LS8/1 is a modern version.

My exposure to BBC sound was through Harbeth speakers. I never liked the sound at all. Sometimes it sounds good...sometimes it sounds bad. I heard the limited edition Graham LS8/1 and I was shocked that this was a BBC monitor. I always associated Harbeth sound to BBC Monitors but when I heard the Graham...it was musical. I loved it so much that I bought a pair.

Re, Stéphane , j'ai des SP1 et je suis sur le point de changer d'ampli. Je pense opter pour le MacIntosh MA6500. Sinon j'aime certains modèles japonais d'Accuphase comme le E-480. Hormis le YBA qu'avez-vous trouvé de bon avec les Spendor ?

Le Kora, personnellement avec de l'Anglais j'accorde majoritairement voir exclusivement du Francais, le mariage Francais/anglais (et vice versa) est toujours excellent.

With a subwoofer? no, the idea didn't even cross my mind and it will never cross with these speakers.

Boujour Thierry, je ne suis pas sur Valence mais j'y passe de temps en temps pour voir Manu , lui est sur Valence et je mets un petit encard dans mes videos pour lui faire un peu de pub, il en a fait de meme pour moi dans ces videos, tout ca en toute amitié.
