This is a great video, I've several other videos on Y-tube with the African Fulani-Inspired braids as well. Thank you for the time you took to create this video. I'm 44, and when I was a little girl my mother braided my hair this way with beads hanging down my side braids. Other little girls around my age hair was styled similarly and the same. I just wanted to comment that we never leave very far from our roots. Great Video.

I was wearing this style (without the puff - with a high bun), cornrows, twists, and the "new" Ghana styles back in the early 90s. Just something I did... (shoulder shrug) Now, I know (since the world is so open with computers) that the Fulani tribes of Africa and Ghana also wear these styles.
