@@amdasaba a few years back, in theory (and also in practice, but rarely) arty could one shot delete every tier X vehicle except Maus and Type 5 H. T92 had 2250 avg dmg, so 2813 max dmg roll. Nowadays arty ain't so bad in comparison 😆

I much prefer playing lights in the lower tiers. The maps seem so much bigger when everyone has reduced view range.

QB makes a great point, i was playing a grille 15 on keralia. It was an encounter battle and the entire 15 player team headed towards the base and no-one went southeast, in my grille i decided to stay and hold off that flank the best i can, sometimes the difference maker is YOU in games, i did 6500 damage and help off a flank of 5 till my team capped because i saw that i had to be the difference maker.

Not a lot of players can have double equipment set ups, only those who can pay the fines or are using WOT subscription. And not everyone have 5 skilled crews. I know you mean well but it gets irellevant.
On your masterclass videos you should do all tiers not just 10
i would really enjoy to be able to research field modifications before i grinded the next tank. Playing with my BC12t is fun on the wide maps with my spotting build, but since i have to research 2 T9 vehicles i cant equip a dmg build yet since the field mods are locked

If you have played for a while and got a bunch of blueprint shards, using blueprints to quickly unlock field mod is a good idea for super field mod demanding classes/tanks
Anyone can become a 52% player, just do this, and this, and this, and this, and this, and this. And this. And this. And play the game 30-40 hours a week.

I would definetely use two different sets of equipment if i had the credits. Because thats like an extra 600-1,800,000 credits on just equipment, and while im still trying to grind tank's, its just not really an option at the moment

Yeah people try to say he's not good all they want but he has like a 62 or 63% winrate+ and in wot PC that's almost impossible and extremely good specially since QB actually does fun goofy stuff to enjoy the game aswell like ramming a maus in an E50M XDD
He's a good player yes, not really a "really good" one. I have watched some of his streams and 80% of the time it's just average battles, also a lot of failed decisions but he's still enjoyable to watch. If you want "really good" players then go watch skill4ltu, Iyouxin or Daki ;)
@vass7885 skill is to arrogant and prideful for me and way less fun to watch they just care to much about sweating to be the best player in the entire universe pretty boring for me tbh, QB is fairly humble atleast and is still very good and makes the game fun and does hilarious stuff lol that's the whole point of games after all is to be fun, not a stress fest and matter of life and death chore of always trying to be better than everyone else

Not everyone as enough money to use 2 set of equipment on all of there tank even 1 set it's quite tough for casual player
Haven't really gotten the chance to make full use of it, but I have CVS on my Centurion AX in the event that I get into a game without light tanks so I can at least spot for myself. With luck, I can spot for my team as well, although I am not a good light driver and don't know all the tricks for positioning to do that
I’d say the main reason people don’t use the two sets of equipment is that it’s a lot of credits to invest if you are still grinding other tanks. Especially if you only want to switch one piece of equipment you still have to buy the other two pieces a second time. It forces you to buy six pieces of equipment rather than four. That is costly especially at higher tiers.

Nothing better than driving down a road and having a MAUS appear 25 feet in front of you having been invisible on that road the whole time. Not sure how a super heavy blends into the horizon but in this game they disappear in the middle of a field as well. WoT has the worst spotting mechanics of any game on the market.

The two sets of equipment are great and all, but as a f2p player they are incredible annoying to use.
I don't really have the amount of equipment to mount 2 on all my vehicles I play so it would require regular demounting which I don't really want to waste my tokens on.
If you don't mind, I will give you a piece of advice (also F2P here):
1. Get yourself some of the free tier 8 tanks - from the bond store or from events (like Mirni 13, the 56TP marathon, etc.)
2. Make sure you can use a premium day (from twitch drops, events, battle pass, etc.) in two days - complete the mission/BP stage later in the evening of Day 1, use all the benefits a prem. day gives you, then on Day 2 you'll have pretty much the entire day to use the same premium day.
3. When you know how to manage a premium day and have tier 8 premiums, activate boosters and play them for 1, 2 hours and you will make between 600k and 1M credits per hour (depending on the skill level and session I'm general).
4. And last but not least, ALWAYS buy equipment and consumables on half price during discounts - even stockpile them.
That's how you'll always be fine with your equipments. You're welcome 😊
I remember watching esports wot several years ago when you and jingles commentated over the game, and every game would be T-54 lightweights against T-54 lightweights
Also I hope people aren’t using their 2nd loadout because a lot of tanks are tech tree tanks and people don’t want to grind for field mods. I understand WG need to monetize some aspects of the game but having a limited build option really feels limiting compared to say, Payday 2

A question QB. Due to certain factors I am pretty much a dedicated SPG player. I've just got the first marks on 2 of my vehicles (FV304 and Hummel) and I'm running at about 50% win rate. So as an SPG "specialist" what tips can you give to be able to influence battles more and thus improve my performance? PS yes I prefer tier 6 and 7 to tier 10 as it just seems to be more fun. 🙂
With fv304 at least you should actively change positions so you can get better firing angles against your enemies and that way help your team, you can do this with pretty much all mobile spgs. With the slower ones you should try to pick a good position where you can fire to at least two meaningful positions and that way support your team

Hey guys (and QB) I am about to buy T54 and get 100Lt and so on and my question is why would QB sit in that bush for 4 mins instead of spotting T30 and Skoda for his teammates? He could have gone a little bit forward... couldn't he? (the play he did around 10:00 could have been done earlier and the AMX Liberte wouldn't have died for nothing)

Just get wot plus and get the mod to demount equipments. That way you only need a few bounty equipments and you will be able to use them for all tanks, hassle free.

I’m poor man, highest tier I have is tier 8 excluding the freebies. Unfortunately I’m not a fan of playing the game but I DO enjoy watching your videos. Makes me appreciate the game for what it is
I think it's worth getting at least one tier 10 , I stopped playing after I got 3. I really enjoyed my time with the game and dont think I need any more. But I really appreciate the top tier battles - more balanced and feels like the intended version of the game

Im not using two Sets of Equipment and likely never will be. I dont really play better with different Sets than only with 3 Equipment Parts.
I play the hellcats a lot and that's my favorite map. I usually spend half the time shooting and half the time spotting. Hellcat's got great view range and a big boom stick, you just have to accept that you're very likely to get spotted every time you fire it, so have your escape plan ready at all times. Thanks for the fine video! There's a mechanic you might have missed that I would have used on this game. About midway through a tank that was too close crossed right to left. He passed behind a bush as he went. Whenever possible I try to time my shots to hit them when they are crossing behind those bushes The spotting seems to travel at close to the speed of the shells and I've been able to stay unspotted from short ranges just by firing when they are crossing behind a bush while trying to run away from me. Give it a try!
This is more like WoT 301, not 101. Some advanced stuff here.
2 sets of equipment is 2 times the credits. Even as a freemium player (I buy Christmas boxes and premium tanks occasionally) I never have enough credits to get 2 sets of equipment.
The good news is that using the same equipment in the second build doesn't cost extra. So Rammer, Vents, and Coated Optics on one build with Vents, Low Exhaust, and Coated Optics will only cost the Low Noise Exhaust to build. Now you have a sneaky tank build instead of a damage build. It's not as expensive as it could be. The price goes through the roof only if you use all different equipment!
2 sets is expensive to buy
i feel like i only have field mods on tier X because i don't play enough / whale enough to have dedicated crews for lower tier tanks...
The problem I have is that my T54 ltwt does not collect experience, so I can do the additional research.
It does work on other of most of my other tanks??? Any ideas anyone everything is researched, next tank is T100lt which is also researched. Can do it off my free xp, but that is for other stuff.

Is it really that beneficial
Yes. A flat 6%/8%/9% increase in stationary AND moving camo (bonus depends on if it is regular exhaust not in a slot/in a slot/upgraded bounty exhaust) lets you play more aggressive and more passive depending on the situation. Some Lights also have such poor base camo that exhaust is non-negotiable to be playable as a scout (such as the German and American T9-10 LTs), as otherwise, even medium tanks can easily outspot you.

@@wabbitseason6722Not sure what the phrasing of this means, but:
A) Camo net and Exhaust can be used simultaneously, but it doesn't really have benefit, as the stationary camo provided by both does not stack - rather, the stationary camo of the camo net overrides that of the exhaust. In other words, the 10% (or 12.5% in a spotting slot) bonus of a camo net is not benefited by also using Exhaust. Thus, these equipments generally work against each other - pairing provides little to no benefit.
B) Exhaust generally outweighs a camo net by far, because it's essentially a constantly active camo net. Even at just a 6% camo increase, exhaust is still very worth using over a camo net, and at 8-9% it has incredible utility.
The question asked seems to ask if it is worth replacing an existing camo net on a tank with exhaust - if this is what the question is asking, then yes. On the majority of tanks that are candidates for camo net or exhaust, exhaust works significantly better, as moving camo is very valuable; there is exceptions, though, such as the FV4005 - exhaust makes no real difference on it, but a camo net increases the stationary camo by 15-17.5%, which can be enough to be somewhat worthwhile. Overall, exhaust does see its best usage on lights, but some mediums (Bourrasque, B-C 25 t) also benefit, and some TDs with lower than average camo that do not rely on armor (ShPTK-TVP 100) also have valid reasons to use exhaust.

Funny you should mention that you have no chance in hell of three marking the object 260 or the object 279E because here in America when I look into cheating using boosting companies to get those two tanks it will cost anywhere from $250 to $450 US.

The T54 Lwt was a great Tier 8 tank back in the day. We used it for clan wars and it was op. Then they bumped it up as Tier 9.

2 Things to say here ! First. Before you use your Skills, you have to use your Brain for even be able to think tactical.
Second is this. I had my best Games as a Passiv scout and not activ !!! You only need to hide in places where Nobody expects you to ! For example. That Bush you fired and pushed out the other Scout.... OH PLEASE !!! Everybody knows that Bush for scouting and is automaticly firing shoots there so use another one furhter infront or further in the back or use even the higher rigdeline ! ONLY THE DUMB STAY IN WELL KNOWN SPOTS !!!

I loved to ram enemy lights with this tank, especialy ELCs, sometimes I ramkilled them when they had full health. In this regard the T-100LT was a bit dissapointing.

Prestige and chasing them is fun
No rewards. You just get the markings on your gun barrel. So you can flex in front of other players how good you are.
@5:07, I thought you were going to say load more ‘skill’. Cause using the gold means you bounce fewer rounds. (you still want AP and APCR for spaced protection but thats another conversation of why there are not more spaced plates in the game)

the biggest manipulative piece of shit in the history of all games, you can manipulate the game as much as you want but shit stays shit forever.
the commander's vision system has unfortunately been the nail in the coffin for me. I loved playing my lightly armored TDs and being able to hide in the bushes. But now it's almost meaningless. I thought the whole point of these TDs was that they would do well with good camouflage and not with good armour. commander vision system and the destruction of maps with the vegetation have made these TDs almost completely hopeless to play today.
please make wg remove or redo this system. So for now I stick to the lower tiers to avoid this problem. Love my sneaky TDs
True. Although I think CVS is alright for light tanks, what I really find annoying is that mediums can use it as well. At high tiers mediums often have the same or even better view range than light tanks and in combination with CVS medium tanks are basically able to spot for themselves. Which is totally broken IMO. CVS should be really a light tank exclusive equipment. This would also make them more relevant again.
