one of the best real life asmr experiences for me is going to the ophthalmologist, the "with" or "without" part almost put's me to sleep in the doctor's chair.
Not an idea for a test, per se, but you could use variations of focus, volume, a shaking camera or colored filters as results we sense to various tests, then ask us what we see or hear. As you know what it is, you could know our answers, (which increases immersion in my experience) and show various levels of surprise to them. I don't know about anyone else, but I find strong tingles from Doctor's knowing things about me without sharing them, so a concerned sound, and some scribbling might be used as well. Love that old fashioned looking door fastener behind her.
My absolute go to when I need to unwind and relax, the tingles are continuous, soothing voice, and I love hearing the gloves when you do a facial examination (they are my fave tingles). Guys and gals if you want instant tingles, relaxation and to just generally unwind then August is the one!! ☮️ & 💜
