I just got this keyboard as a bundle with Komplete 14 standard during the summer sale. So far I love it. It looks to integrate well with your daw. I've been using it with reaper, but looking to purchase Reason.
Reason as a main DAW? What's your reasoning for this? You can just get the Reason Rack to use as a VST on whatever DAW you're using if you like their isntruments and FX (they are really nice ngl). If modularity is your thing, Bitwig exists. Sorry I'm just puzzled seeing somebody migrate from Reaper to Reason :D
Hey man, thanks SOOO much for making this video. Easily the most helpful and genuine video I have watched on this keyboard, just so cut to the chase with care and love and clearly passion, as with your video on "which midi keyboard is the best", which, btw, your love for storytelling I love as a screenwriter as that is what I would be centering my music around because that is not only how you can connect with people but impact them too if you do it right. So, as someone who is really looking to get, I mean really, get into music but doesn't have speakers besides the ones on his laptop, which fine like yours, and doesn't want to use headphones to record vocals or to listen to his track with but is told by everyone around him that you're gonna need them for mixing and mastering to see what your song is actually gonna sound like when you upload it on all formats what would you tell me to do to get around all that? Also, do you have a video you wish you saw when you first started making music that goes into all the basics of everything. And btw, do you have a discord? Cause I would love to talk to you about screenwriting and find out with you how the two can relate to each other when it comes to processes and just about everything if that is something that would also interest you
Thanks so much for this comment! In terms of speakers, monitors definitely help but the main concept is to listen on as many different speakers as possible. I recently started using the Steven Slate VSX headphones either built in room emulation, but I still check my songs on my laptop speakers, monitors, car, etc. especially for mastering, the only way to hear what your song sounds like in a space is to hear it in that space! I don’t have a discord yet but if there’s interest I would love to start one! Hope this helps! And good luck!

I have on but o can't control my daw with the keyboard 🎹 o don't know why
Check the manual for the keyboard and the daw. You probably need to register the keyboard or something
Reminds me of the ksp soundtrack
