Not my vibe, but great video as always! The metro seems to have a little something for everyone and Jesse and his team are great! Hoping to get there sooner, rather than later.
7518 years old bacteria 🦠 covered by endospores found there in ELK river Minnesota - that was mentioned in my Biology book. So that's why I checked that. Thank you for uploading the video ❤
Holy snap! That bridge at 0:56 is near where I live! Down the street on the other side of the river. :D 10:00 Orno Lake, oh I haven't been there in so many years, like over 10 years! Wonderful to see it like this. So much had changed since I last went there. 16:43 Oh snap, Marcus Theater was still open. It's been closed down and being renovated right now into something else. Super sad about that. My dad, who is a sign maker and has his own business now, actually created the Marcus and Cinema 17 signs! :D Thank you for this video. While I wish Elk River would've stayed smaller like it was during my youth and teenage years, I still love it here (though technically I live in Otsego, our mail has Elk River on it lol).
I know this is an old comment, so I hope you see it. But, I was just wondering if you made the move and, if so, how it went and how you're liking it? Been in the greater LA area all my life and I'm dying to get out. Elk River has made it's way towards the top of my list.
The first time I came to Elk River, it had a population of ~11,000, which was in 1999/2000. Now it has become more than twice as big, population wide. Having family living there, I like being there because of the general wideness of the country scape, but I guess that's normal for a European coming to the US from a country that fits about 3-4 times into Minnesota.

I remember the old movie theater, watching Marry Poppins in 1983.
