Two ways. 1: the arrow buttons above the keys, right is to transpose up one full octave, left is down one full octave, this is best for when you’re composing and need to do a quick change up or down in octaves to hit your desired sound. 2: use the software editor and you can do so on the transpose drop down menu where you can even transpose to different keys (C, D, etc). This is best for when you want the keys to have different behaviors in general, the arrow keys will still change your octave by 12 half steps each time like usual.
