They're in that deeper water due to it being warmer than the surface water. And I would think the minnow and baby shad has pushed down further as well due to the cold. But usually that's how you find them by combing that water. But to see you catching them with meal worms, tells me one thing, that they are hungry. Nice video brother.

That's what I was thinking when I saw the mealworms working so well.
