I don't have any idea how they can help you to apply for PR. The only way I can think of is that they can sponsor you on direct stream under 186 visa if your occupation is on an eligible skilled occupation list. Please consult a good migration agent from www.mara.gov.au/ to help you with your case.

You can come here on a 482 visa as it doesn't have an age limit. But as per the current law, there is an age limit of 45 years for all permanent resident visas.
