Thanks! As always I appreciate it! d love to do it to a slim Ps1 in assuming it will have to be executed much like the slim Ps2. But I don't have one I always keep an eye out for good deals on consoles but they have been scare lately and with the holidays coming up money is a little tight. I really appreciate you willing to gift me one to mod but unfortunately I live in the states.. Shipping is probably a bit high
Good to have you back after three months, I was wondering what happened to you. I like how you added LED's to the window, though I personally would've painted the buttons instead of leaving them grey or just not painted it at all. Of course that's only my preference, the entire console looks good either way. Any luck with LED modding the N64?
yeah i dont plan on quitting any time soon, i just have a car project which i wanted back on the road before class started up so it has been taking way to much of my free time.. and no i havent touched the 64. but i do need to start thinking about my next tutorial, im still a bit worried about doing that one but i know its one everyone wants. iv been wanting to do a how to build a Xerc chip for the original xbox. which would allow me to finish my slim project which iv really been wanting to show off :p. as always i appreciate you watching my videos!
Ah, I can see why a car project would take your time. I go to school to learn how to be a vehicle technician. My pride and joy on four wheels was also lost to a vehicle accident recently so that's been a pain to deal with. Look forward to seeing either a new project and/or your finished Xbox then. :)
Awesome mod I just finished customizing my PlayStation following your tutorial! The only problem I had was with the LED lights. Is there a good tutorial you recommend?
thank you, both paints are rustoleum painters touch ones blue the others flat black should be able to find them just about anywhere spray paint is sold. no primer the paint itself says it sticks to plastic so i didnt think it was necessary
I honestly haven't bought plei for years, i bought this huge sheet to cover a poster that didn't work out.. The sheet costed like $100 but a smaller size say 24x36 inches is around $20
thanks! and the music you hear at the intro is no longer then the intro, then the music throughout the tutorial is literally a 15 second loop. then the song i have used as my outro was a beat i never finished so its just (introduction,Verse). not much to actually listen to. i do have music floating around the internet just not sure what under lol
TechnoOnTop Actually I mean the loop/song/beat or whatever while the tutorial. It creates a very chill atmosphere! I'm modding atm a Xbox with your videos (like clear jewel!) And while I'm modding I'd love to listen to it I hope my eng isn't too bad at all :D
Nice work, I was wondering if you do a service for the gadgets you modify?. I really want an original xbox controller with a power button. If you don't provide a service, could you make a video on that please.
Tactical Distort no I don't provide any type of service iv thought about it but, not sure how to price it that wouldn't seem outrageous, but yeah I will make a video about it. Thanks for watching
Thanks for the tip, iv quit using hot glue myself I only us super glue now, so these tutorials are a bit dated... I will definitely look into getting some uv resin.
Hey, amazing video
Good work man! Keep up the amazing work.
Can you do a video of you swapping the shell with a third party translucent case
I definitely would if I could get my hands on one.
looks beautiful
Q haces a qui bro hahaha
Can you send me the beat, i really like it and would love to use it sometimes when i chill around the house
What video has the directions on where to soder on the LEDs ?
I'm probably referring to the how to change the power led video, you could just piggy back the leds off that led.
Well I now need windows 95 ps edition.
Yeah
This is beautiful!!

@@TechnoOnTop oh I see!! Yes shipping is too pricey!
At least I gaved it a try! 😂
But if you decide to make psone mode, I'll be ready!!! 😋

The LASER tho...
That shit can blind you
lol yes im sure that it can. thanks for watching
so can any form of light. including your screen. dont stare at it like a dumbass and you will be fine.
Awesome mod I just finished customizing my PlayStation following your tutorial! The only problem I had was with the LED lights. Is there a good tutorial you recommend?
sorry i somehow missed this comment, glad to hear you got your ps1 all modded up, i do also have a tutorial on changing the power led on the ps1
Does wiring these leds directly to the led power indicator weaken the brightness of the leds? Would putting them somewhere else make them brighter?
I didn't notice any difference in the brightness, you could find a 12v source if you have a multi meter
why not 3d print a custom cover instead of destroying the original?
I don't have a 3d printer
Great video, what paint did you use and did you use a primer before it?
thank you, both paints are rustoleum painters touch ones blue the others flat black should be able to find them just about anywhere spray paint is sold. no primer the paint itself says it sticks to plastic so i didnt think it was necessary
How much do you pay for the plexiglass? Cause is pretty expensive here in México

First of all thanks for your videos. I have two questions, what color are the LEDs, blue or ultraviolet. Thanks in advance.
They are blue, the uv looks blue on camera, ironically the blue can look a bit purple, uv leds are usually more expensive, thanks for watching!
Would love to see more ps2 mods
thank you! Ps2 mods are defiantly on my list. iv probably said it before but i have a phat ps2 dying to get some mods done to it!
Hey man, nice tutorials!
Im interested in your music, is it possible to upload it? I´d enjoy listen to it :)

i actually dont have a slim ps1. but i will add the mod to my list and pick one up when i see one
@@TechnoOnTop Yayyy.. Do slim one.. Mean psone one!!
If you live in UK i can offer you one as gift!!!

People could send you the equipment they wanted modified, and you could charge for the the services and components. I would pay, I sent you an email.
I think you should make the buttons have lights.
That would be cool I wonder if they sell clear replacement buttons.
@@TechnoOnTop where you live? I want do too Thank so much
@@inhinh9549 i live in the US but thank you, im glad i was able to help!

psx washing machine edition
Thanks for watching!
It wouldn't be to hard for me but I rather just pay someone to do it for me.
Yea it's a pretty basic mod, thanks for watching!
lol I thought you were putting windows on it, bill gates windows
Haha yeah that sure would be interesting!
Mmmmmm probably not worth it
