Doctor Octopus Tribute

Otto Octavius was a renowned doctor in nuclear physics, scientific researcher and inventor. Octavius designed a chest harness with four articulated, radiation-resistant titanium metal tentacles, endowed with great strength and precision, which he would use to manipulate radioactive elements from a distance. After an accident in the laboratory, several radioactive organic liquids exploded and fused their harness to Octavius' body, who acquired the power to move them at will, using only thought. The accident also caused brain damage, which has been interpreted as causing the brain to have to direct four new limbs. With this deranged mentality, Octavius began to dedicate himself to crime, under the name Doctor Octopus.
