Red Velvet Cake:
3 3/4 cups cake flour
2 1/2 cups sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa powder 18 g
1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 12 cup buttermilk
3 eggs
2 cups oil
1 12 teaspoon vinegar
1 bottle red food dye
1/4 cup hot water
Cream Cheese Icing:
1 stick butter 113 g or 1/2 cup
1 stick cream cheese 226 g or 1 cup
3-4 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
