Just found your channel. Fantastic stuff - a lot of what I did when I coached my son's team (before Covid). Very similar ideas to Brian McCormick in terms of using live defenders and forcing the players to make decisions. I never got above playground basketball but youtube channels like yours have really helped me with my coaching journey. Thanks for all the hard work you do.

I am 15 yo 6'4" and this year i transitioned from playing pf to playing combo guard. It was extremley beneficial for me, i went from 10.1 and 4 rebs to 20.2 ppg and 7 assists. But i have a problem, i am very skinny so i cant really bully other players on the court. So when we have practices for national team, i perform poorly bc i am not physically on the same level as other guys. Any tips to increase my strenght and weight?
If i had to chose one trainer to help me inprove my game it would definitely be you ... extremely in depth without wafflling Dw when im in the nba (by Gods grace) ill shout u
