I believe this song was sent to me as a message from my friend who took his life in Dec 2019. I only found out in July 20. The lyrics are identical to what he was going through at the time working part time at Marks & Spencers...one of the lyrics says, “I remember you in white, in the garden...” It was the time I met up with him for a picnic. It was a beautiful summers day in Trent Park, which used to actually be someones back garden. I was wearing a white top at the time, still have the photo to this day. The lyric that says, “There’s a power in letting go.” It helped me to understand his predicament which ended with him giving up, but yet also taking back his power.
For those left behind, it’s still a long path to walk. But I am hoping that there is a power in “letting go”.

That's heartbreaking comment. I went through the same years ago with a family member and letting go was one of the hardest things to do. So many unanswered questions, so many "ifs" and "whys". I found comfort in the fact healing and letting go takes time and eventually allows us to cherish the beautiful memories.
