I can feel Dazai just seething at the way this dude casually brings up his past and his crimes, I think it catches him off-guard despite this apparently being his plan to get thrown in Meursault. Dazau has done his best to forget his past, more or less leave it behind, despite making use of his Port Mafia connections to gather intel and collaborate with the Port Mafia from time to time for the sake of the Armed Detective Agency. The fact that someone was able to dig it up after all Ango did to hide it (and to have the audacity to do so to his face) must reallllly be on his shit list. I have no real basis for this, but I have a theory/personal headcanon that Dazai does regret his past actions and maybe even feels a bit of remorse over what he did, so it's kind of a sore spot for him to be reminded of all the evil and mayhem he caused.
