You can check his OPGG, but the runes are Comet, manaflow, absolute focus, gathering storm, cheap shot, eyeball, double adaptive, scaling health. And the item path is dark seal, blackfire, rabadons/Mejais, void/zhonyas/banshee's depending on the game. And Liandry's into really tanky teams
