So I think they were married for over a year by then. She's definitely not with yet in late 2008, so that's my guess. I was ironic that Mercedes first marriage to Russ ended in divorce due to her infidelity because their entire relationship was built on cheating. Russ was dating Sophie Burton when him and Mercedes started an affair so it was inevitable it wasn’t going to last. What I wasn’t expecting was her and Russ to get back together years after their divorce and him becoming her sixth husband
