I agree with you in degree’s but it seems that when lippert gets the plans and they think that there should be some additional framework done beyond the norms it should be brought to the manufacturers attention. It’s a safety/durability and cost thing as well and not once have I heard much of anything between lippert and anyone besides grand design. And yes you’re right about some channels and the sponsors. Like snap pads. I have never used them nor will I. There is at best a half inch of extra lip around them, that doesn’t increase the foot print. Seriously. I use 12x12 blocks that are more effective and have a larger foot print on my motorhome.

Yeah, nobody seems to take accountability anymore. Snap Pads are the perfect example of the "next big thing".

Another channel we watch is on the same page about being suspicious of the channels that are really into their sponsors and not speaking truly. Thank you.

I wish more of the larger channels would get on board! Thank you

I 100% agree, with a caveat. I feel RV’s are made for occasional use, and living in them full-time puts stress and wear on them that they were not designed for (made cheaply).
That being said, I bought my 2019 Forest River Class C in 2021. I’ve been full time in it for 2 1/2 years.
The only thing that has went wrong was a minor part in the cab’s AC unit.

Influencers is correct. We were looking into WiFi and suddenly a lot of big channels started pushing Nomad internet. One showed him throwing his starlink into the trash. We bought a nomad. Then it turn out to be a scam and all these channels put out videos saying they were wrong and to stay away from nomad. To late

Yup, we did a video about Nomad a while back. We'll also be doing a video this week about T-Mobile since we supported them over a year ago and they are no longer a viable option.

I think it is popular and easy to complain about things, but where are the positive videos? Seems only people that want to tell the bad story are the ones that do a video. Just my two cents. That and the "We are quitting" bs is just so old with some of these channels. I like your videos, thanks for calling it like you see it.

It's true, negativity can sometimes overshadow positivity on TH-cam. We try to keep a good balance in our content.

You have a trailer; do not minimize the problems of others. We have seen more than 8, but it is the 5th wheels that are affected. I understand you are more than welcome to have your opinion, but do you want to talk poorly of others? Because their opinions matter as well. There are thousands of RVs, but if you were behind one that had a problem and caused an accident, and God forbid something happened to you, would you have the same views? The people involved have every right to tell their truth. They are scared for themselves and other behind them. You seem to have a lot of assumptions. I don't agree with what everyone is saying, but I recognize they are affected. You say very often "I don't know but I think." That in and of itself shows you assume. With your wife being a nurse you will know what that means as that is pounded in our heads in nursing school. I think you are trying to be an influence to others but your numbers are way off there are more than 8. You just don't know, not your fault in saying 8 just stating what you think. Sorry don't mean to sound harsh just relook at how you present your truth not as truth.

We have had 2 5th wheels one Keystone Arcadia 2021 and now a Kz Durango Gold 2022. We needed the extra space😊; before that, several pull trailers, campers, and other 5th wheels. Both of the newer units have been excellent, not that we are lucky. We know things go wrong, and they always will when you send these units through earthquakes everytime you get on the road. We also have an issue with sponsorship platforms. But again, I can tell you these may be real issues, and some have been impacted very negatively. Be it financially or home vs. street living. I feel for these individuals. I just don't want to be the one behind one with problems that could potentially harm anyone. It just needs to be figured out and remedied. If it were not for people speaking up, we would not have recalls; maybe this is where this leads, or perhaps a better design for these units-just a thought. We will stay on the road until we are to old not to.

Wow, you've had quite the RV collection! Thanks for sharing your thoughts on safety and design improvements. Stay safe out there!
