Theo!! 😊 Was blessed and lucky enough to part-take in an Indigenous cross-Canada Truth & Reconciliation art project with a group of FMIM and allies. 🙌 You’re truly talented in many ways. Your Mom must be so proud of the amazing indigenous man you’ve become! 💕 🪶
I'm on a red road journey, working on coming home so I can start to teach my children. I raised them without traditions, as I was raised. Last night, for the first time, I braided my adult son's long hair and shared what little I know about our ancestors. Your video inspired me to do that last night. Now, for Christmas I'm going to get my son a very special boar's hair brush, like my father had. I have a grandchild now (2yrs), and we've been growing his beautiful hair out. I just want you to know that this video matteres. It mattered to me.
In the puctures from the residential schools, you can see the fear and sadness in their eyes. Shame on the people who did this to children and families.
You know, the people in this video look a lot like Mexicans. North American tribes would have a lot more political power if they started connecting with their Mexican-American cousins.
Beautiful 😍 that you'll never let your culture and heritage die. Blessings to you and all your people.
Thank you for sharing! This is exactly what our generation needs, we are starving for culture!

Why was there no link to his TikTok to help him grow and more easily share with those interested in #nativeamerican culture?
