this might sound kinda stupid but you could try testing some of the adidas rugby boots instead of the football ones. Perhaps like testing the adidas RS7 (rugby version of the adidas speed boot) against the hypervenom or the f50s. It would be good to see how they stack up against the football versions :)
On first try they fit comfortably, but after actually running and playing in them, i realized they were just stiff at first, and they fit rather wide in the toe area after having them broken in...also the arch part feels odd. The material creases strangely too. Other than that, theyre not a bad shoe. I quite like them, might fit better on other foot types though.

I would hate to have such an expensive pair of cleats tear like that. I have practice 3 times a week and a game every Saturday and sometimes Wednesday. In your opinion, do you think they'll last?

I bought these Nike Hypervenoms for $249 in blue/volt/black from Pro Soccer Direct. Today I played my first game with them, the skin felt unique but I couldn't find what makes it so significant compared to other boots. Dribbling felt ordinary just like a pair of normal boots, my touches were normal, shooting was the same nothing too different. I couldn't really find how these boots gave me a boost or an advantage..Can someone please explain to me what the Nike Skin is meant to have an effect on? Oh yeh, and btw I play on the wing if that helps.

Mercurial is for fastest players and hv is for player with more agility and ball control. The hv is also better for for finish so you decide.
