I remember spending a lot of my childhood up there on my bike. I remember flying down the hill from the tanks and bomb shelters and riding along all the tracks we built as kids. Can’t wait to check it out 25 years later Awesome vid 👍🏻
They were the best days in crini with Johnnie Coonine and Champ and Hass and Heesh and of course how could forget Iblay.. There were some awesome jumps and big table tops we hot on our two strokes. Can you imagine that we we buillt those original tracks with our bare hands and shovels as kids. Good old crini. Glad to see Cringila is getting a slice out of council's budget these days, it was neglected and forgotten for a very long time as a suburb.
It wasn't too busy yesterday but it wasn't the best weather. I expect it will be pretty busy come the weekend but I think it will handle the crowds pretty well.
We locals are calling it mini stromlo. Has a similar feel but I do stress the word mini. Not sure I’d say it’s worth the drive from ACT but make a day of it with a session at Mt. Keira.
I’m no expert on that, but I didn’t have to pedal much on the jumps and I think people tend to run slower rebound to not get bucked. If you warm up on the smaller lines you’ll get a feel for if anything needs adjusting. Have fun!

Lucky you had the 38s on! Great to see another bike park around, awesome
Hah, not sure about that but they look cool at least!
wow! this place looks so sick
Yeah looks like a great trail network for all levels ..... I'll have to check it out
You’d love it mate. It’s like a mini bear creek but with more trails
Used to live and ride around these hills as a kid with my bmx. Can't wait to head back there after 20 years and check it out once it's all finished.
It was packed November 1st when it 'official' opened. One of my favourite trials are bucket. It's just so flowy!
Yeah that’s when I was there. Far from packed compared to bare creek! Bucket is sick 🤘
Hey man, nice video. How much pedaling to the top of green trails. Thinking of bring kids there to ride flow trails. Trails look good
I’ll be taking my lad there. There’s not too much climbing for the little ones
@@MTBMcPhee cool thx, i will bring my kids there too.
This looks great! Had no idea it was being built. Will have to check this out.
Same! It was good to go with no expectations 👌
Great. Looks ok for my evolve GTR.
Nice one mate. Looks like a fun little bike park. May have to check it out next week.
Looks nice a nice set of trails for beginner / intermediate to learn the ropes.
Yeah definitely, but they also have some black trails in the works higher up the hill
Looks like a good little spot. Young man and I might also have to make the trip to check it out.
I reckon it'll be a hit with the little frothers!
Nice work. Trails look great
Great work bud! Can’t wait to visit. 🤙🏽
I did my apprenticeship just up the road from there... Never knew there were trails there. Will have to check it out when I visit my parents.
Looks amazing, might try get down there today 😁👌🏻
Have fun!

Looks good man, might make the trip up from Canberra! Was it busy?

I feel like you got "significant" air on the first run 🤣
Oh man I can’t believe I missed the chance to say it 😂😂😂
@@MTBMcPhee hahaha, I was waiting for it 🤔
Yo I'm going there soon got any tip on what gear to go in or what my suspension should be

@@MTBMcPhee ok thanks
