Mushroom Toast is super delicious mixture of mushrooms and vegetables served on toast and with cheese on the top.
Ingredients For Mushroom Vegetable Toast:

800 g of fresh wild mushrooms

3 red peppers

1 chili pepper

1 tablespoon of ground cumin
1 tablespoon sweet paprika
1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
200 g tomato puree
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 spoons of soy sauce
5 spoons of homemade ketchup
1 tablespoon of cane sugar
1 tablespoon marjoram
salt, black pepper
a sprig of thyme
serving: bread, oil, grated cheese
