Dizzy hands down. Dizzy makes Automaton, Abyss, and Wyvern stages gg ez. Sol 2nd. Baiken is good, but her gear reqs are nuts if you want to use her in PVP.

Spd Dizzy: >250 spd, >130% eff, use Iela Violin or Abyssal Crown/Sira-Ren. Counter Dizzy: >15k HP, >1500 def, >100% eff, use Abyssal Crown/Iela Violin.
